The existing felt roof on the extension to this industrial unit had failed and the offices were experiencing disruption due to leaks, which had caused part of the office to close down. It was found that the roof deck was unstable and, following an assessment from a structural engineer, the roof was fully stripped backed to the joists and reinforced, before installing a new ply deck and Sarnafil G410 15EL Single Ply membrane system in Light Grey.
