A Danosa HS+ 1.5 system was planned for the flat roofs on a plot of new build housing and apartments in the port town of Tilbury, Essex. This is one of many plots that are planned to offer affordable housing in this popular part of Essex.
This particular affordable housing project consists of 3 bedroom semi-detached housing blocks and 1 bedroom apartments. The flat roof was chosen due to the existing buildings around this new development in order to keep synchronicity through the area.
The Danosa HS+ 1.5 membrane system build-up includes a polyethene 1000 VCL layer, topped by foil-fix PIR insulation with Danopol+ HS 1.5mm membrane, mechanically fixed as the top layer.
